About Us
Welcome to The Rhythm Academy, where our mission is to provide affordable and high-quality music tuition in schools, encouraging a lifelong love for music.
We specialise in drum tuition, but can also offer a wide range of instrument lessons tailored to students in primary and secondary schools.​

Our experienced and passionate tutors are dedicated to nurturing talent, building confidence, and instilling a strong sense of rhythm in every student. All tutor's have extensive teaching experience, are a minimum grade 8 in their specific instrument with most of our tutors also having a degree in music.
All Tutors have a current Enhanced DBS check and are required to complete The EduCare/Musicians Union safeguard training, specifically designed for music education within schools.

Free Trial Lesson
We offer one free trial lesson.
Lessons run term time only and we aim to teach between 10-12 lessons per term (Up to 36 lessons per Year)
Lesson times are for Individual one to one instrument lessons.

Ideal for younger children.
It gives them enough time to learn but not too much to lose concentration!
30 min
For beginners, pupils in the early stages of learning, and those working towards lower grades.
45 min
Perfect for pupils studying towards higher grades or adult lessons.
1 hour
Also beneficial for pupils studying towards higher grades or adult lessons.
A Customised Approach:
We believe in tailoring our lessons to suit each student's interests and goals. Our tutor's take the time to understand the pupil's aspirations, musical preferences, and learning pace, creating a customised lesson plan that keeps them motivated and engaged.
